Here's what we were working with - a front and side yard that had decent bones but nothing that made you stop and look. The beds were tired, the lawn was patchy, and the space between the house and the back gate was basically just dead turf and loose gravel. Nothing about it said 'welcoming.'

We came in and completely reworked the landscape beds, brought in fresh mulch, and added boulder rock groupings to give the space some real visual weight. The beds along the front got new plantings - hydrangeas, flowering perennials, and shrubs that actually fill the space. Fresh dark mulch ties it all together and gives everything that clean, finished look.

The flagstone pathway is where this one really came together. We ran a curved path with large natural flagstone slabs bordered by dark concrete pavers. That border detail is what separates a path that looks built from one that looks thrown down. It curves from the front all the way through the side yard to the back pergola area, making the whole property feel connected.

The side yard got a full remodel too. What was just loose gravel and a handful of stepping stones became a proper landscape bed with boulders, new plantings, and that same flagstone path running through. The before-and-after here is about as dramatic as it gets. The pergola area in back now feels like a destination instead of an afterthought.

This Eagle property is a great example of what thoughtful landscape bed remodeling, rock installation, and hardscape work can do for a home. When all the pieces work together - the stone, the mulch, the plants, the path - you end up with something that genuinely looks like it belongs there.
